I am 16 and not sexually active. Recently (about 4-5 months ago) I noticed my foreskin was red and dry. I went to a pediatrician and he gave me a generic antibiotic cream. I applied it religiously (3 times a day) for two weeks, during which it went back to normal. However, every time I masturbated or got an erection, it temporarily went back to being red, including the glans, which previously didn't happen. A week after my treatment, I noticed a cut underneath my foreskin, which made cleaning the penis quite painful. A couple of days later my condition came back, but worse than before, with red patches on the glans. I went back to the same doctor, and he prescribed me the same medication, and the exact same thing happened, I applied for 19 days, and one day afterwards, it came back, worse than ever before. I am now in severe pain, my penis feels like its burning, there's a weird green liquid building up, and I simply can't retract the foreskin because of the pain. I am scheduled to see a urologist Monday, but I am really scared. What should I do until then to relieve the pain (it is extremely bad, especially at night when I get excruciating erections).

Maybe it's fungal rather than bacterial? An 'athlete's foot' cream might be worth a try.

Perhaps getting some advice from someone you can trust would be helpful. I take it you are still in full-time education, or are at college now. Perhaps there is a nurse you could approach? If you are in the UK, perhaps there is a nurse practitioner at your GP practice you could go and see who would then tell you about different options for the professional specialists you could be referred to. You need to get this sorted, sooner, rather than later - so, find out how you can go about getting the right medical advice, and make an appointment as soon as you can!

The tearing in your foreskin can be result of diabetes, an infection or masterbating before your body has the chance to lubricate itself. Seeing as though you say there's a green fluid coming out of the wound indicates a bacterial infection or fungal. You need to get on an oral antibiotic. I'm assuming that because you were applying to antibacterial cream religiously you knocked down your own strain of "good" bacteria that help you fight off infection. Also if you use soap to clean under the foreskin can cause the tears and infection as well- you should only be cleaning your foreskin/glans with running water and your clean hands, gently rubbing the surface of the skin to remove any waste. To help with the pain and swelling you need to take over the counter pain reducers and inflammation reductions-ibuprofen. That should help.
