hi everyone

husband started experience milk tingling in his lower back and light twitching in his calves. he was getting tired easily. kept thinking it might be due to jogging and loss of vitamins or electrolytes. he had recently started jogging. Fasciculation then moves to thighs upper arms and he is super tired. he is also experiencing numbness in his shoulders. we go camping on the way back he is exhausted bug pushes himself to drive 3 hours , we get home and he goes to bed and wakes up sweating. thinks he is gonna be fine now that he broke a sweat. his fasciculations are through the roof and he now is sweating and cold at the same time. he has been changing clothes 6 times during the night due to excessive sweating. his hands and feet are cold. and he cannot even have a meal without being EXHAUSTED. I have never seen this man this tired. the numbness has also increased from his shoulders to his neck, upper arms.

all his tests came out clear. any idea what this could be. thanks
