Sex as a female after Haemorrhoidectomy?

I wanna know what I'm letting myself in for, 25yo female, I have 2 or 3 small grade 2 internal and small skin tag I'm going to have removed. How long does it take for it to visually be back to normal? What did it look like after 2 weeks, how long until you can have sex as a female again? Will i be able to be out and about by at least week 3? I've heard some people get further skin tags after how noticeable were they and how long to go away. Is it any better if the haemorrhoids were small to begin with? Please help.

    small grade 2 , unless otherwise directed would be banded.. unless its an ongoing issue. imo . skin tag is a quick zip. recovery all depends
