Sexual health anxiety

at a very young age they found a benign tumor on my left breast. they didnt know it was benign until taken out, i then was sexually assualted in college and got chlamydia every since then i have extreme anxiety when it comes to sex. i literally convince myself i have every disease in the book. i was dating this guy he said he didnt have sex for 8 months and got fully tested 3 months ago. i have such bad trust issues that i dont believe him and that i am gonna die due to an std. i feel so alone . the trauma is eating me alive.

    you should ask him to show you the paper that shows he is std free. People do that all the time that’s the only way to know for sure.. people can can lie and some do.

    why dont you take a break and work on anxiety then wait for a guy who you truly care about and vice versa. then you build up trust and affection that way in a good commited relationship.

    you wont die from an std. some require medication to get rid of but others like herpes will come and go but the virus stays in the body. its not dangerous but can pop up .

    this is why you have to be careful and not just trust people. unprotected sex is not the way to go.

    take time for yourself, care for yourself and respect yourself. no one can protect you but You. take care.
