Hello there ! I'm sorry your having shakiness that's a horrible feeling. I have a question , I have been on 10mg for a little under a year now and I'm thinking I need to be upped to 20mg I'm starting to feel sad and anxious again. I'm just wondering if I his is my only option? How has it been for you being upped to 20?? If you have any advise I'd greatly appreciate it!
