Short of breath and lightheaded

These are  common symptoms I get with anxiety but idk if it’s a coincidence but I notice I get anxious and these symptoms whenever I eat something sweet or too greasy etc. Today I had a chocolate bar and now I’m feeling short of breath and my head feels weird and I’m a bit off balance .  I always have physical symptoms but they tend to be more present when I eat soemhing like this or atl way it’s harder to cope....

    Hi, hate to hear you can’t enjoy junk food without anxiety! I eat about everything! I am not overweight even though the Dr would like me to loose about 10lbs. I have had strange anxiety that hit me from nowhere! The more dr visits the more I would try to pin point when my anxiety hit! I tried fasting, eliminating foods and soda , jogging and exercising more and it comes mostly as coincidences! Some foods make it worse, but for me cutting it out doesn’t eliminate anxiety!
