Hi , yes im going through the same .its part of the anxiety . Have you noticed when you sleep youre fine ? Ask your doctor to give you a mild nerve pill , it helps ,, or try a natural remedy , Lemon Balm Tea ... Hope you feel better soon

Hi i had that for a long time. Taking deep breaths and relaxation helped alot . The more anxious you get the harder it is to breathe. Ive had this many times and knowing it was nothing serious gave me peace. Ive had to retrain my brain with my faith and spiritual beliefs to remove negative thoughts and think of good things. Hope this helps.

Hi there I don't get this from zoloft but I just started my new sleeping 😴 pills and every night 🌃 when I take them I get really short of breath and have to use my advair inhaler so I'm going to call my pharmacy later on today to tell her about this to see if this is a side effect or not. The name of the sleeping 😴 is I'm taking are under the category of an anti psychotic or they are called noxinon that's the generic name for them I'm not sure what the brand name for them are

hi there, i see this come up on this forum all the time. it seems there is a big connection between anxiety and breathing. i know bc i did this too. i tend to hold my breath if im anxious. anyway, the only thing that has helped is acupuncture. i really wish my insurance would cover it. hoping for the best for you
