      How long have these been there? I take it you are circumcised? There are at least 4 things these could be: -

      i.) Parafrenular Glands - ii.) Tyson's Glands - if you are circumcised it is possible the normal development of these was disrupted as a result of the circumcision; they could also be iii.) a Lymphocele or iv.) Sebaceous cysts (given the location this is less likely)

      ALL of these are normal given the location and only the Lymphocele can be treat with medication, if you are circumcised my best guess is these were intended to be Parafrenular or Tyson's Glands - removal of these or the cysts is seen as cosmetic only.

      For confirmation of what they actually are, or discuss any potential treatment or removal you would be best to see a Urologist.

      i am circumcised and im pretty sure they always been there so im guessing its normal to have them since there painless and etc. i dont think i need to worry but thank you for the clarity
