Should I see a specialists or a general surgeon for a hemorrhoidectomy?

If you would suggest seeing a specialist, what are the specialists called who work on hemorrhoids and do hemorrhoidetomy's?

    I used a general surgeon for my hemorrhoidectomy. My surgeon is excellent. He did a hemorrhoidectomy for my dad in 2016 and my dad has no regrets. I knew I would be in good hands.
