I got myself into quite a stressful situation yesterday and was forced to take a second Fluoxetine 20mg. It seemed to calm me down a bit but I'm not sure whether to take my daily Fluoxetine today?
It'll mean I would have taken 60mg in 2 days...should I skip this dose or take it as normal?

This seems to be becoming a habit for you  didn't you do the same last weekend?
Okay, so what should you do today? Perhaps take it a bit later than you normally do?
More importantly though - you need to have a chat with your doctor and let him/her know that this is happening on a regular basis.
Is there anyway you can prevent yourself from getting into these stressful situations? Or something else you can do to help calm the situation down rather than taking another Flouxetine? Correct me if I'm wrong hun but these tablets aren't designed are they to provide an almost instant calming effect?
Maybe your doctor could prescribe you something that you can take when feeling so stressed that is prescribed with that purpose in mind.
You are doing really well ghost and you haven't got to allow these little setbacks to upset you. It's a case of 3 steps forward, 1 step back, but you will get there eventually.
Again, as last week, all I can really suggest is that you ring NHS Direct 0845 4647 and ask their advice about what to do with todays dose.
And hey! Don't do it again LOL :magic: :yikes: :magic:
love 'n' hugs

I'll try and relax today, cousin is plaguing me about fixing a computer but I hoenstly don't fancy spending hours in front of a computer (get enough of that during the week).
