Shoulder blade pain

Has anyone else experienced a dull pain around the shoulder blade? Mine is on the left side. It kind of comes and goes. Then I'll feel it in the upper shoulder.

Yes, yes, yes, this was how mine all started, except mine started in my right shoulder. I still worry with all the new symptoms but there is no point as it is all hormonal and all will pass eventually!!
Take care

i remember feeling all tense alot in peri, some days i had shoulder and stiff neck, if your stressed it gets worse..
Sometimes i struggled turning my head when driving on a few occasions.
i too have more than one pillow, infact i have two, they have to be feather and down ( more down than feather) as i cant get comfy ..
i always rearranging them to get head just right to get in restful mode 😏

We all have sooo many symptoms!
I suffer the shoulder pain and I put mine down to a possible link with anxiety and or digestive problems.. which I believe are due to peri!
Like the others say try not to stress.. Though I should listen to my own advice!! I'm the world's worst!!
I'm definitely finding that talking on here and reading all the chats helps though..
Take care
Heather xx
