Shoulder blade pain

Has anyone else experienced a dull pain around the shoulder blade? Mine is on the left side. It kind of comes and goes. Then I'll feel it in the upper shoulder.

You're right. I shouldn't be looking for things to worry about. It's just hard to imagine that your hormones can do so many devious things to your body. And when you're used to being in good health all your life and then you're suddenly hit with all these symptoms; it can be pretty frightening.

    Hi Shar

Yes, yes, yes, this was how mine all started, except mine started in my right shoulder.  I still worry with all the new symptoms but there is no point as it is all hormonal and all will pass eventually!!

    Take care

    Hi..

We all have sooo many symptoms!

I suffer the shoulder pain and I put mine down to a possible link with anxiety and or digestive problems.. which I believe are due to peri!

Like the others say try not to stress.. Though I should listen to my own advice!! I'm the world's worst!!

I'm definitely finding that talking on here and reading all the chats helps though..

    Take care

    Heather xx

Hi, sounds like youre experiencing a much shared symptom. Menopause presents us with so many symptoms, aches and pains. I think you should mention this to your GP. There are some simple questions and checks they can do to ensure this is not something more sinister, and set your mind at rest. One less worry for you! Good luck.
