Hi,
So over the last few months my penis has been shrivelling up to next to nothing, I would say child size leaving a lot of foreskin at the end, when I pee like this it just sprays everywhere and I can't retract it because there is no penis to get a hold of it just all excess skin. I'm starting to get a bit concerned, this has never happened before now and there is no cold weather to cause it... What could this be?

My first comment there started with this:
You could start off by seeing your GP. It's easy enough to order some blood tests to see if there's an endocrine problem. If you're taking any medication, that could also be causing a problem.

Yes I can still get normal sized erections, most the time it's normal it only shrivels sometimes

That certainly sounds unusual. In your position, I'd see a GP, and get some blood tests done. If you could let us know what a doctor says, it would be appreciated.
