Hi iv had ocd,depression and parinoid feelings for a long time.had cbt and been on antidepressants for years now.i just want some advice from people really.what do I do if I get judged by people for everything I do.i can't do what I want to do career wise,with kids etc.everything really.when I am at work on my rounds I feel everyone is judging me and looking at me.saying stuff about me.everytime I look at facebook it looks like people have a great and easy life.it really makes me fed up.i want to make my own decisions and be able to work out and about without feeling afraid at work.i don't have many friends as I work alone and have lost contact with old friends as most of them was bad news.what can I do to find people to be friends with.have great wife and kids.no problems there.any good ideas or good books to read to help with problems.

It sounds like your depression is making you paranoid
Go and speak to your doctor about a medication change.
Consider a more robust form of therapy

I agree with Lynne - see your doctor about a possible change of meds and seek more suitable therapy such as talking therapy etc. x
