Have you seen your doctor?  It might also be a good idea to socialise more and find some good well meaning friends who can lift your spirits. Are there any groups you can join? Sports activities?  Do Google searches for self help remedies for depression.  Good luck Andrew

Realistically Andrew you know people aren't always looking at you and judging you.  Why should they?   They have far too much important stuff going on in their own lives to worry overmuch about other people.

I agree with Lynne - see your doctor about a possible change of meds and seek more suitable therapy such as talking therapy etc.   x

Hi Andrew I know hw you feel. I make friends but as soon as I open up to them they are gone. What I have realised is who wants these people in your you? Really? I think the answer would be no? There's meet up groups but til you are ready and only you know that its not an option. Remember people live through social media because their lived are so dreadful they just cant be honest. I'm single no kids but have the best dog who is always happy to see me. I don't know where id be without her. Let me know how you're getting on. Thinking of you. Jo x
