Very suddenly within the past week, my upper teeth began to feel sensitive and uncomfortable for no apparent reason along with the rest of my body. The pain is sporadic, seems to come and go, but weirdly enough the tooth discomfort is typically accompanied by shooting pains in my neck, shoulders, arms, and upper legs. I've also been feeling a bit fatigued and disoriented at times. I am not used to these symptoms so I went to an urgent care center that found nothing blatantly wrong with me and got tested for lyme disease (which came back negative). The symptoms are less severe now, but still persisting after one week which has me a but concerned.
In the past I've been suspicious of TMJ or CFS/FM/general depression so could these symptoms be caused by those or could it potentially be something else more sinister?
Thanks in advance.
