Hey.. I've been dealing with this same issue for almost a week now. I'm using flonase, saline spray, sudafed and today I stopped and bought some Allegra. If it doesn't ease up in a day or two I'm going to the doctor..

Thanks for the post, I was looking for a similar one posted a few weeks back..

I really hope you find some relief soon...

I also have head pressure and ear pressure, feel worse when I bend down. I've been taking Zyrtec and Flonase but not much difference. let me know how Allegra works out for you, maybe I should switch. I don't know why hormones have to create so much pain. not to mention I have ongoing headaches that don't respond to any OTC meds.

my period is not due for another 10 days, so I don't know if it's coming early and bringing on all these symptoms. I just had a crying spell today, along with anxiety and nervousness.

I'm experiencing the same problem, plus ear hurting, popping etc.. the only thing that helps is tylenol sinus headache. but I can't take that forever!?!

Yes I have these quite often... I use nose spray and take 3 IB pro. when its really bad. Laying down with a cold washcloth on my forehead. But other times when I feel something brewing I just take some OTC sinus 'head pressure' med before it gets worse.
