Had This issue with my top lip since April last year can anyone give me some info on what it is and how to help bring it back to normal.
I am a smoker and the cold winds haven't helped but worried it could be something worst.

Everything looks normal there , can you circle the area of concern ?
Also does anybody know what happened to the green stars and #s that were next to our names?
