Hi, michele35571, I am the other way round, I was diagnosed with severe obstuctive sleep apnea 4yrs ago, then last march was diagnosed with fibro. I still don't get good sleep. Last night I had 3 hrs of constant sleep then 4 hours of very broken sleep. I don't know the answer, but if you find one please let me know..

I just noticed my reply had spello's in it and could be read as wrong..I also have the same..can't use the machine anymore due to really bad sinus problems when I use it, however when I did use it, I had the same issue..still very tired..I had it turned up..maybe give that a go. Now I have Amitiptyline meds I take at 8.30 every night before bed..it knocks me out takes the pain way and gives me a great sleep...:-) xxx
