Small cuts around vagina

I had sex on Sunday and Wednesday. Starting Thursday I was hurting because he was bigger than I’m used to. I started hurting when I had to pee. I looked down there and I had cuts under my vagina and on my perineum. I’ve looked everyday since and it kinda looks like it’s getting worse. It hurts when I have to pee and I don’t really know how to describe them. They are small and look yellow inside as if it’s a healing scab. But when I pee I think they open up abecause I’m stretching my perineum and I think their infected. I looked today and I see the same thing around the entrance to my vagina. He said he just got checked for std’s so please help me

    It may not be an STI, but with symptoms like that you should see a doctor anyway.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

      I do in fact have HSV-2. I am still in shock and feel stupid because I have no idea how to take care of myself, how to stop it from spreading, and how to do simple things like peeing or walking.
