Small lump on scrotum (not testicle) after having non specific urethritis

I am currently away from home so cannot see my usual doctor. I have found a small lump or spot on my scrotum above the testees. I'm not sure if it is relevant but i had urethritis which i took antibiotics for. That cleared up all symptoms i had until now.

I include this picture of what I found on my testicle, i hope it is okay to put it here.

Id like to know if this could be something serious that i need to get checked right away, or something i can leave until i can see my normal doctor again.
