The spots are naturally present, only, we do not normally notice them. It is when they become irritated that they become obvious. What you need to think about is everything that is in regular contact with the penis, so start with soap as this has the most frequent contact, then body washes such as shower gel, if you use skin creams of any kind, Lube for masturbation of sex, that kind of thing.
If you are regularly sexually active and always use a condom then you may be getting a reaction to the condom itself.
Sometimes trying to pinpoint an actual source of the irritation can be really difficult as you get a combination of different things acting together and you cannot isolate one of them, as the irritation simply persists.
On the other hand, if you are sexually active and do not use protection you can get this reaction with a yeast / fungal infection, and yes it could be the trichomoniasis. Were you given antibiotics or any form of treatment ..... ?

First a little detailed explanation of what most males have on the head of the penis:
.
" Fordyce spots are a variant of sebaceous glands (the glands that normally produce sebum and are usually found within hair follicles). Fordyce spots are visible sebaceous glands without hair follicles. They are present in 80–95% of adults. They are probably present at birth but become bigger and more visible from about puberty onwards. They may occur as a solitary lesion or more frequently in crops of about 50–100. They are easier to see when the skin is stretched.
Sometimes Fordyce spots cause anxiety but they are completely harmless whether on the lips or on the genitals. They are not a sexually transmitted disease and they are not infectious. "
.
What has likely happened is with the sexual related stuff you have gotten has irritated what you have naturally present on the head of your penis. A number of months down the line, if you stay free of other sexual related stuff the spots will fade away to being what they were before.
However, for some men once the skin has become irritated like this basically anything from soap and shower gel, skin cream and lubes can maintain the irritation - and for some men the spots always seem to be present ......

Okay, are you currently sexually active? Do you always use protection? If not and you are sexually active you could be picking up some infection each time you have sex. This is the case whether you have different partners or even one regular.
The only way you will know whether sexual related issues are the only cause of this is to have them correctly treated and cured. Your penile skin then may eventually return to what it used to be. However, as I explained at the end of my last response to you, irritation like this can be caused by a host of other things acting as an irritant, or even a combination of different things, some sexual related, others not.
Also, you need to do a bit research on Staphylococcus aureus Infections and see how they are acquired ....

bro its just friction spots. If you're having regular vaginal intercourse the girl may not be wet enough or you may be smashing too fast.
