Small red spots on pubic area. What is it?

What are these spots on my pubic area? Bear with me as this is my first time posting here haha. I hope the pictures are clear enough. I'm 20 years old and I don't think I've seen this happen before. I just noticed them this morning. I haven't noticed them before. Almost seems like they just showed up overnight. I could be wrong though. I don't think it's razor burn. I haven't shaved for a week. They don't itch. Someone please help! I am super nervous
