small tiny raised bumps across inner lip?

I have noticed these about 2 months ago but don't know what they are. They are so small but easy enough to see that they are raised and can feel if I run my tongue or fingers across it. Doesn't hurt or anything, just kinda there. The same is on my inner upper lip as well but cannot get a photo, also doesn't feel to be as many. Told I may have had BV or yeast infection in the past few months. Thanks, anything helps, cannot figure this out.
