      Hello,

Pearly penile papules could be the answer to your observation.

Normally these are around the bottom edge of the glans but in some cases could occur on the middle or top of the glans too.

The best is to consult a urologist.

You can rule out STIs as you haven't had exposure yet.

Hi Brandon, I would not look towards getting these removed as that may cause different complications or unwanted circumstances withing your penis. Unfortunately these will have likely to have occurred because of the way your penis has developed - the human body is a wonderful thing, but if you inspect the skin surface in detail you will find other imperfections are quite common in other areas of your body.

You could consult a Urologist but they will likely warn you that if you wanted them surgically removed there could be side-effects of having that done ....

If you havent been sexually active then possiblity of fordyce spots , now im no doctor but my understanding is that they can locate themselves in that location! of course go get it checked out theres nothing to be embarressed about and a doctor or nurse would know a lot more than a forum like this!

if youve got oral sex though definatly get it checked out
