Head of penis smells kind of fishy, at first head was slightly moist. After a doctors visit, applied a general antifungal cream and it cleared up for a bit, but the smell eventually came back. I do wash regularly under foreskin, including rolling all the way back and thoroughly cleaning with water. Should i continue applying the cream, or go and see a doctor again? Thanks.

Hey Pepasan,
I went to the doctor as the cream was ineffective - he didn't believe anything was wrong, but I'm not sure I agree!! The smell is still quite distinctive (i.e. I can smell it pretty easily if I just roll back the foreskin and I'm in a normal sitting position). Do you think there's anything to do? Thanks
