Thanks for that lovely cheery post! I've had a good day today (sunday). My fibro and I went to see an outside play with my lovely daughter and her lovely boyfriend. I enjoyed it, respite from thinking too much!! Isn't it good to have a better day. Do others agree??

Hi kaz 40 Yes it is good to get out. I am realising that I have to accept that probably when I've been out I will ache or feel off. At least if I do things I have good memories! Thanks for the post. Hope all goes ok with you. All the best

That's great you have had a good day.  It most definitely helps to get out and about and have some fun.  Staying positive and calm is the way forward for us all. Focus on the happy things in life and take one day at a time and hopefully have a smile each day.

Gentle hugs and take care wink xx
