imageHello!

Ive been dignosed with herpes since October 2018. From the start I only had one sore on my vagina. Now almost two years later, Im having what seems like a first out break. It feels like its spreading all over my body and quite frankly I am a little scared. Its now all over my Vagina, Thighs, and Clit. I am on and off Anti Viral Meds because I honestly feel like they do not help. I did have a new sexual partner who knows I have herpes and we used a condom, could this be the potential cause ? Or by any chance am I spreading it to myself? I also just had the flu like symptoms which I recently got over. To be honest, I am just not understanding how this is getting worst over time. Has this ever happen to anyone?

you could also be allergic to latex from the condom. ypur meds usually take about 7 days of consistency to work to calm an outbreak. Stick with it. Ive had herpes for almost 10 years now and i dont take any antivirals and have not passed it to either of my two sexual partners since then. They are aware of my herpes and choose not to use condoms. I eat less fatty foods and drink a lot of vitamin C. I live by the mantra; If I cant control it, Im not going to worry about it. Keeps me stress free and infrequent in outbreaks. Ive probably had 7 in 10 years.

thank you Jax, what vitamin C do you drink? I have tried the meds for along time and unfortunately its making things worst, and i do not know how that could even be possible !
