So many symptoms, yet no real diagnosis.

I am 19 years old and i think i might have Genital Herpes. I had unprotected anal sex on Monday December 20th. I started having Itching and tingling sensation on Thursday December 30th after I recieved a handjob from a friend. I never had an itch or tingling sensation before, so i thought it was strange to feel this way. I initially thought that maybe i was experiencing some sort of skin irritation from the handjob, so i just assumed that it would go away. Then on Sunday Janurary 2nd I notice two tiny bumps on the underside of my penis under the foreskin. On Monday December 3rd I go to get blood tested for herpes and I go to a Urologist for the doctor to go check me out. The doctor said that it did not look like classic herpes to him, and that whatever I have should go away in a few days. He told me it could have been an ingrown hair or some sort of irration causing the itching and bumps. The itching and tingling eventually go away in the days to come. And my Herpes test came back negative for both HSV1 and 2. However on Wednesday Janurary 5th, I have been experiencing Penis Pain, and On Thursday January 6th (A week since the symptoms started) my penis still expierences pain and my penis feels hard/rubbery/riggedy at a flaccid state. My STD test and the Doctors visual analysis say I am fine. But I am only feeling more pain and more serious symptoms as the days go by. I am extremely confused because I do not think I have Genital Herpes, yet I only seem to be getting worse. My sex partner took a test and tested positive for HSV1, but I already have Cold Sores and I had them through out my whole duration of symptoms. So I don't know whether to believe if it is penis pimples or Skin iritation or something more serious like Herpes or Genital Warts. As I speak I have a lot of Pain in my penis and it feels very hard and small ( I am guessing swollen Lymph nodes in the penis). I am scared to death and hoping it gets better, I do not have any money to keep on going back and forth to the Doctor and I am starting to doubt what he told me, because i feel like I am getting worse. I have not had any painful urination or any discharge. The two small bumps have not grown in size and do not cause pain. They where the area where the itching was. Please help because on Paper I passed the STD test, and the doctor said I should be fine. But I feel worse, and really dont know what to do. Please help!image The first picture is from Thursday Janurary 6. image The second picture is when I first discovered the bumps on Sunday Janurary 2nd.

When did you start getting cold sores? In your childhood or just recently?

It's a good sign that your sex partner tested negative for HSV 2.

To be completely sure that you don't have herpes, it would be good to wait 12-16 weeks after the last sexual contact and retest for IgG antibodies. Because it can take up to 12-16 weeks to develop antibodies. It would be good to know if you or your sex partner had sex with someone else in the last three month before having sex with you.

And you still have these small bumps? And they haven't gone away or changed since 2nd of January?

I have had Oral Cold Sores since childhood. And it is also very likely that I gave my friend HSV1, because the person told me that they never got cold sores, while I did. The person was sexually active before me, but as stated before, They took a STD panel test days after we had sex and HSV1 was the only thing that came back positive.

I still have those two bumps to this day. They haven't grown, haven't caused me pain, nor have they ever busted or turned into a sore. A part of me believes that I could have some sort of skin irration from the Handjob i recieved. I no longer itch in that area. I have been excessively checking the area however. The bumps are located on the bottom side of the penis once rolling the foreskin. I have been twisting my penis to have the bumps facing up to check many times a day. Could the twisting be causing excess pain and making my penis feel the way it is ?
