i had a bad experience as a child i woke up with the dentist pushing a gas mask over my face & i was covered in blood.
my eyes were black for about 3 weeks afterwards i was 7 years old, from that day my mum could not get me back in the chair.
I am now 57 & my teeth are that bad most have broken inside the gums & weep this vile discharge from my gums, i plucked the courage up to visit the dentist who told me I WILL SOON PULL ALL THEM OUT WITH NO PROBLEM .
As i know they have to come out & due to other health issues i know it has to be done but i am scared to death, i keep my pain under control from my pain relief for my other medical problems, but i now liquidise all my food,
i dont eat meat as i cant chew it & my teeth actually feel like the bottom of a kettle with limescale they are painful to clean so they are really chalky why cant you have your teeth done under the hospital anymore.

Ordinary UK dentists are no longer allowed to use gas and the modern injections make it basically pain free. Remember that gum disease is a major cause of heart disease.
