So where are all the housebound people at?

Hi all newbie here. How is everyone? Many other people here housebound? smile

    Hi, I was  been bedridden for 6 weeks after having four severe panic attacks one after another. It's only been 2 weeks that I've managed to go out to the shops and doctors and back. I've tried going for a walk and it actually helps bring my anxiety down in long term. However I'm mostly in the house watching tv, a lot of comedy to help get through the day. My anxiety was getting better until I got hit with another panic attack the day before yesterday. 

    It's hard to cope with it but whenever you feel or stay strong it actually helps to lower the anxiety.

    I too have quit my job because of anxiety.
