Hi, I have had a really bad headaches for a few days now, I have took paracetamol but it doesn't seem to help very much. Is this to do with my anxiety or depression. I have also had really bad hives on my body, and wondering if this was connected to my anxiety and stuff??

Thanks for reading 😃

Hi there Hanna, my name is Grace and i suffer from anxiety and depression too i get exactly the same effects; it's horrible! I am not a doctor so i wouldn't be able to say if it was due to your stress but it definitly could be because i've been really stressed lately and i've been getting terrible headaches, tummyaches and stuff like that so it really could be related!

If you ever need to talk i am here don't worry smile xx

The headaches could be due anxiety/depression, I'd recommend going to the doctors to see if they might be able to give you something for it. Also, lately my ezcema has been really bad the last 3 months, the doctor said that my anxiety/stress were the cause of it. Hope this helps at all! smile x
