Hi Bella I have been through this also, for months I went to work muddled my way through the day eating rubbish and drinking diet coke, going home at 5.15 drawing the curtains and going to bed, could not be bothered talking to anyone and the thought of going anywhere was just awful.  10 weeks ago I started CBT and was very sceptical but thought what have I to lose.  For 6 or 7 weeks my scores were very high and I was still not doing anything or going anywhere but my therapist persivired giving me little goals to work at during the week.  Well now on week 10 and I dont know how it has happened I am going to meditation, thai chi and church on a Sunday, still get attacks but seem to be coping better I look forward to my sesions every Tuesday.

Perhaps if you could try CBT face to face and start some medication you would begin to feel better.  Lots of love and hugs

What about a totally different approach. Absokutely see if you can skype with a therapist and whatever meds you need to help you BUT there is something called energy healing. It is worth checking out. Its a very different form of meditation but maybe this would be your answer. Worth a look at.
