6 weeks and 2 days, slept 7 hours with no sleep med (was up at 5am, no big deal, because I have school), once I am up for an hour, the tired/anxious feeling in my stomach goes away and my day goes on. It is easier said than done at times, but as soon as your feet hit the floor in the morning, be productive as possible. I still have a tad bit of brain fog here and there throughout the day, but I am beyond happy with this progress!
