okay so i have been massively researching issues with the optic nerve. Mainly because i have that issue. And medical break throughs that accompany that. What im realizing is that inflammation seems to play a role in many issues. Saying that, basically in a nutshell. What if our central nervous system inflammation is the reason for all these malfunctions we are all experiencing. It is a possibility. I looked that up too seems to be many theories that theres a connection with that as well.bottom line is how did they get inflamed and how to reduce the inflammation. Is That whats happening. Could this be why our brain shoot off nuerotramitters immaturely causing anxiety attacks? Or is it from the panic attacks that are causing it then we becomes inflammed. Adrenaline, epinephrine and cortisol shoots through the nerves every oanic attack that has to cause inflammation on a chronic basis too. I have no clue. The chicken or the egg first question. Im not a scientist nor a doctor. But it feels right inside me. It feels right that theres some connection. I dont know if im the only one searching for answers thru science or not but i felt like i would share. I dont think its going to be cured by masking it and it sucks to live with it so i want to figure it out. Foods we eat today play a massive role, as the enviornment we live in. I know im not the first person to make this connection and there so many articles on it. But i think for those who want to try a anti inflammation diet i wonder if that will actually work well to manage all this that and cbt together. Im going to try. I have eaten clean before but thats not an anti unflammatiin diet but useful. I had allergy testing but not sure thats even enough. The foods today are modified, gmo and soils depleted and maybe just maybe we are the ones not genetically keeping up so our bodies inflame worse. This is an idea, a theory but if we all literally began anti inflammation diets i wonder in a couple of months if wed all feel a significant amount better. Illness, trauma, enviornmental stress, crap diets, poor foods all would inflame the body. Every part. Theres no actual scan for this yet. Even if you measure using inflammation bloodmwork stuff won't be accurate because no one devised an accurate measurement yet. Im not saying this is the answer to everything as what causes the inflammation would be individual thing but its something to add onto in your jiurney to healing. It would explain the epidemic of mental illness happening in this world. So maybe every doctor should be mandatory taught in med school about mental illness, anxiety, depression. And nutrition and anti inflammation diets as a must. Maybe first line of treatment to everyone should be cbt and anti inflammation diet. Maybe taught to kids in school at some level as well to avoid future issues. I know it wasnt this bad before the sugar industry and antibiotic ridden foods and hormonal foods didnt exist.. This wasnt this bad back in the day. Theres just something more to all this then how you think. Thats im sure. Yes you must be positive to manage it all but if it wasnt there to begin with wed all feel a lot more positive anyway. Its an idea. A route to healing. Thats is all. Wanted to share.im more then sure its not an original idea but im sharing what i feel. Adifferent kind of rant. It would require a lot more disipline and work to change ones lifestyle of eating and adding in the cbt..noway is it a quick fix but if it would manage all this to a point you felt good wouldnt it be worth it?
