Hi u have to just take ur meds that u got if u don't see any changes go bk to the doctor n let the doctor know. Cuz I know the outbreak is very painful.

While even more painful, I have heard people say a heavy salt content bath helps, burns like hell but helps the outbreak dry up faster. There is also topical numbing agents available over the counter, you could try some of that ointment, just wouldn't recommend inserting it inside yourself. Other than that I can't offer much advice, just have to wait it out.

Hi so some people have peed in a bath. Some will use a squirt bottle as they r peeing. Drink a lot of water bc that will help dilute ur pee. Some have used abreva directly on their sores.  Keep it as dry as possible. Loose clothing-cotton underwear or none at all(which I did).  Take ibuprofen for pain. It will take a little while for ur ob to b over. It does get better but it has to run its course.  Take ur meds accordingly.  Remember we r here for u.
