There could be a simple explanation: I would advise not taking any risks with this.
Go get checked by your Regular / Family Doctor / GP as soon as possible - you may be able to do a phone consultation where you can send them these photos.
You MUST get this checked within 2 weeks even if you need to go to an Urgent Care Centre - if you live in the UK phone 111 if you are unable to get a GP appointment of any kind
