Something wierd is going on in my mouth? Can anybody help me to figure out this problem?

Hello, I'm 15 years old teenage girl. I have been having a white bumps under the tongue and red bumps back of my tongue for a week. The bumps are getting worse and recently, I noticed a painless lumps under my gum where my bumps are under my tongue. Now, I noticed a white patches and red dot back of my tongue and my skin in my mouth seems to getting thicker.I know something is going on and I just don't know what is it. Is anybody have any idea about this? Please help me thank you
