I haven't posted on here for a few days I've been trying to work out my food BEFORE i put it into my mouth! I NEVER lost any weight in my first monthly weigh in
I sent off for the British Heart Foundation book and found it very good. Now I've started to count the portions of food I have each day. But I'm getting myself confused :shock: I'm counting 'portions' of foods, calories and fat content :!: By the time I've counted all that lot and eaten it, its time for another meal to be COUNTED :!: :!:
I'm still excercising but cut 2 days out this week because I felt so tired last week :roll: I HAD plenty of PMA (positive mental attitude) but its gradually disapearing - instead of my weight :!: :x
HELP :!: :!: any advice would be appreciated :wink:
