Yes, back in Feb I had a 3D mammogram for my annual mammogram because I had breast pain for over 6 weeks. Nothing came of it. Mammogram was fine.

I understand that increase in estrogen can effect the breast with pain. I still get issues, but have realized caffeine and sugar makes it worse. I don't know your age, but 40+ should start getting annual mammograms. I am 51 and post menopausal for almost 2 years. My biggest issue this year (so far) is breast pain in one or the other breast or they both or sore. That and either freezing or hot are my MAIN issues

I thought I was going to have the breast pain forever. Then one day it just went away. It has been back but for a couple days, not weeks anymore. (knock on wood)

So yes, I had a long term issue. I am sorry you are going through it, I empathize. Hang in there!

i was very similar to you. i rarely have it anymore. if i do, its normally the left breast. it's 5 am here and i've been up since 4 when i woke up with a hot flash. did you have them more often towards the end of peri? is it bc too little estrogen now?

Morning Beverly, Evening Primrose oil works very well for breast pain. I used it years ago because I had it a lot. Also try to stay away from refined carbs, as that will really bother the breasts. Especially like cakey stuff ...cookies etc... any sweets. Google castor oil packs, they are very beneficial as well 😃 but make sure to get a very high grade Castor oil, alot of junk out there 😃
