i have not had any signs of lichen scolorous till today. my butt hd really been hurting. but i also have a irritable bowel that sur dont help with the white sores i have . im started using my clob again. but i been soaking n borx nd baking soda. Does any one know that i can use

Are you saying the lichen sclerosus has spread toward the anal region and is made worse with irritable bowel? If so, yes, LS is chronic and inflammatory and causes pain and itch, etc....Use the clob, but only a pea size on the white spots. No body wash, fancy soaps, fragrances, abstain from sex....
