Sore throat and white tongue

Anyone facing sore throat and white tongue issue for years.How could we diagnose this issue?

    a large majority of the population can get a white coated tongue due to bacteria becoming trapped. maybe trying cleaning your tongue with a tongue scraper or tooth brush. maintain good oral hygiene. drink plenty of water. or if youre still concerned see a doctor

      I have been to many doctors and did lot of tests but they can't able to figure out the main problem.

      maybe there isnt a problem to figure out. a coated tongue is common. sore throats can be caused by many things. do you get acid reflux? that can make your throat sore. allergies? colds etc
