Sorry for the graphics but is this herpes?

I went to see a doctor about it and she said she doesn't believe its herpes but I'm pretty sure it is (she confessed to me she has it and I think she just didn't want me to freak out??). It lasted for about 2 weeks before it completely healed and went away. I didn't notice it, I only felt pain when I wiped/to the touch. About a month later it happened again, but on the other side. Same thing; only painful to the touch that's the only time I noticed it and it took two weeks to heal. Just wanted other opinions on what it could be besides herpes. If it is (which I've kinda come to terms with) then it's not the end of the world, I know it's highly stigmatized in society so it is what it is!

Yeah I got HIV tested that day and it came back negative (thankfully). There's nothing else it could be but genital herpes, so it is what it is. Life moves on

I'm very shocked that she doesn't think this is HSV. It's pretty much textbook herpes. You'll be okay! Just stay safe with future partners.

That's what I thought too, I looked up pictures and there really isn't anything else it could be. I truly think she just didn't want me to feel upset about a positive test result but at the end of the day there's nothing I can do about it. Technically this would be my first outbreak and she said it "wasn't normal" that it was so miniscule and not a huge flare up for my first outbreak. But I just think it's because everyone is different. She also isn't my primary care doctor, just a RN I saw at CVS for a quick checkup
