Spermatoceles Cyst Problem. What should I do?

I am 26 years old and I have a smalll half inch cyst on my right testi sack. Ive had it for a few years now. I cannot afford to go to the doctor to have it removed or drained... I have no health insurance. I already went to the hospital before because I had a similar cyst below this current one.. and I squeezed it out of me somehow, so I had to get antibiotics for all the bleeding ,etc etc. I had scans on and everything to make sure these cysts wasn't cancerous.

This last cyst is ruining my confidence and life.. Is there anything I can do apart going back to the doctor to make it go away or smaller?
