hi all. i have spot and its on my foreskin just below my penis. it been there for i cant remember but maybe a month. there is no pain. do you know what it is? thank you!

Looks like Pearly penile papules to me. Harmless & not infectious. Just unsightly to some people.

That looks like a minor vein issue where it's a little bugger there. Nothing of concern either. Quite a few men have this .
