Spots have appeared on my hand, don’t know what they are or where they care from, please help!

These spots just appeared on my hand out of nowhere. They are only on my right hand, and have been there for a week now. They have not spread and do not itch. I work as a food server and my hands are visible to customers as I bring their food, It isnt the most pleasant view for them in my opinion. I would just like to get rid of them. I have never had eczema & I occasionally tan in a tanning bed.

    use only foaming soap to wash your hands. wash often as needed. I suggest tanning bed may be not healthy for your skin.
