Spots on penis

I've recently noticed some spots on my penis. I'm 35 and have just had unprotected sex, which was very rough. My partner says that she did not have any STI's nor herpes.

There's tenderness at the spot but I wouldn't say it hurts. It doesn't hurt if I pee but I have been going frequently (like twice per hour).

I've been googling like crazy and I am going crazy. Are these normal? Is it balanitis? Is it Herpes? Is it just friction burn? I just need to know.
