I've been searching for an answer for this but it always comes up with "Implantation bleeding" which is NOT the case here.
Basically, for a few years (I'm 32 now) I've been spotting for 10 days before every period. It's not super heavy but enough that I need to wear a pantyliner. I get very mild cramping along with it, sometimes.
My actual period is heavy, painful and lasts for 7 days. My cycle is quite regular, it can be around 24-30 days.
I occassionaly get a month off from the spotting for no apparent reason, then it starts again the next month.
I had read about it possibly being related to low progesterone, but I've been taking Vitex, B vits and all the other suggested stuff and it hasn't helped. I also take iron (I have consistently low ferritin, prob because I'm bleeding all the gd time!)
I'd really appreciate ANY advice! Thanks!

This sounds exactly like me.
Endless searching online.
Drs ultrasounds tests and not much to go on except live with it. I'm 35.
Have you had any luck?

I found that it could be low progesterone so started using progesterone cream. 3 months later I have not had any spotting! I am quite shocked tbh because I didn't expect it to work! So that's def worth a try.
I got the cream from Amazon. It's called pro-gest.
