Spotting and next period

Hi everyone,

So I had spotting (brown blood only when wiping) for about 4 days after my period ended (heavy flow), does that mean my next period will start a few days later than scheduled? Thank you so much.

      Heya. I have always had periods. Never missed one. They last around 7 days, with spotting. By my last one was different. I had my heavy flow for 6 days, then spotting after for about 4/5 days... so just wondering if my next period will start later.... it should start tomorrow and I normally get all the pre signs, tender breaths and spotting for 2/3 days. Nothing yet.... too a pregnancy test today and it came back negative....

      I meant how many years have you had periods for? Because the first few years of periods can be a bit irregular. Are you on the pill? Some pills can give the side effect of spotting, but you usually get the period at the same time.
