A couple of things here i guess. How do you feel now, do you still feel anxious? Was it only the one time. How long has the anxiety been with you?
Generally in the category pf anxiety related disorders or most mental health issues, you'll have felt like this for 6 months or longer.
If it was a one off then don't worry about it. You're staring in one spot, that kind of hard focus can male your vision go a bit wobbly.
If it happens every time you look into mirror, seek some counseling to help you understand why you are weirded out by it.

The thing with anxiety is it can be general or focused on something specific. Right now your mind has focused on this incident and because you experienced a negative state of mind from it, you're essentially creating a fixation. The only way to move away from this would be to try and work out why this is causing you anxiety now. Remember that you felt panicked by it but the mirror cannot hurt you.
Your mental state can change from any daily activity. What you need to work on instead is your perspective. Do some Worry Tree excercises (Google it) to try and rationalize your experience.
