Every month, the first minutes- hours my period and flow starts, I am having a crying outburst and feel extremely depressed ..

    Omg!  I just posted similar.  Bad day today.  Waiting on period...😭

      Hello dear Lou, I just saw your post and I was ready to reply to you.

      I think it is the sharp drop of progesterone along with low levels of estrogen.

      To be honest Lou, I am really tired of this hormonal torture ..physically, mentally, emotionally

      I do not know if I can suffer anymore
