The side effects only realy come into play when we overdo things, if you eat as low fat as you can and keep to 3 small meals a day you will be fine ,if i get hungry inbetween meals i snack on fruit or weightwatcher snacks. supermarket own brand non fat yogourts and air popped popcorn are a good filler, Other than that chop up some salad bits and snack on those. If you keep to lowfat foods as soon as you start the meds the chances are there will be no side effects. :P Maybe some skinky farts :oops: :roll:
Keep in touch and its well worth it

So hows the first day been for you then?
As reguards the fat bit -ive never worked it out but i do know that all my main meals are between 10 and 15%fat total, As for the sausages,bread and cheese just cut down ,most packaged stuff has the fat percentage on it so a couple of sausages and a plate full of veg wud be fine, Buy everything as lofat as you can and comprimise on other foods by cutting down, I know lofat and healthy foods are more expensive but change a couple of things in ya cuboard each week and its suprising how quickly you find yourself eating more and more lofat foods, dont set yourself too much of a goal at this early time just change things gently. Ive been on them 3 weeks and by doing what ive written here ive lost 6llbs and had no oily poos and no accidents :D
Good luck Alicat

Sounds like youre gonna be just fine :D
I had a stomach op 4 years ago which resulted in my stomach being stiched down to the linning of my abdomen leaving me with a huge stomach that doesnt shrink and alot of scar tissue so excersise is limited for me also coz it just plain hurts, walking is ok so when i feel like it i just take myself off for a 20 minite walk,my doc says that if i do a little extra walking than usual that will do,The main thing is to eat low fat and less which i found difficult the first 2 weeks but now in the third week and hunger is not as bad
Hope you manage to keep ya job {fingers crossed }
Keep poppin those pills
